What is Keyword List Cleaner?

Keyword lists arrive messy. Exports from different tools use different capitalisation, carry trailing spaces, and overlap heavily. Merging three exports by hand is an hour of tedium that this does instantly.

Duplicate detection here ignores case deliberately: "SEO Agency" and "seo agency" are the same keyword to target, even if a spreadsheet treats them as two rows.

Best practices

Lowercase everything early — it makes every later comparison reliable.
De-duplicate before you send a list to a volume tool; most charge by the row.
Keep the raw export as well as the cleaned list, in case you need to trace something back.
